Jay Moskowitz

Chief Executive Officer

Jay is a seasoned executive and management consultant with 30+ years leading & transforming successful companies in diverse industries. He has founded a number of successful companies including eMedicalFiles, an award-winning healthcare technology company and NaviTouch, an innovative leader in healthcare information technology. Jay and his team built the first web-based EHR (Electronic Medical Record) which was CCHIT certified in 2006. Jay’s particular interest is aligning growth strategies with emerging technologies.

Jim brings a unique combination of skills to the eHealth field with over 30 years of direct experience in both clinical and technological environments. He is a nationally regarded leader in the development and appropriate use of health information technology. As the founder of EMR Advocate, Inc. he has worked directly with over 300 technology vendors on their healthcare products.

 

Hector Reyes, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Hector Reyes, MD is a global medical and business executive with a comprehensive knowledge of all functional areas in Ambulatory Medical Care. He he has performed duties as: EVP for Product Development at eMedicalFiles, Project Director for the Latin-American Initiative at the Mount Sinai’s Saint Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital; COO for a federally qualified health center; Director of Operations for the Corinthian Medical IPA. Currently, Dr. Reyes is the CEO of HDR Healthcare Network that consists of three primary care and two urgent care facilities in NYC. The HDR Healthcare Network also partners with the Mount Sinai Health System and the BronxCare Health System Hospitals of New York.
